The house is comprised of :

Ground floor :
· A living room with a fireplace, TV, hi-fi, dining room.
· Fully equipped kitchen (oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, gaz stove, coffee pot, percolator, fridge/freezer etc…)
· A storeroom with a sink, washing machine and fridge.
· WC
· A bedroom with bed of 160 cm, bathroom, toilet.
· A bedroom with bed of 160cm.
· Bathroom with toilet.
· A small bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm and a convertible bed settee.
1st floor :
· A mezzanine with a bed of 90cm. (this room is not closed and the stairs are steep)

Nice terrace with arbour. Deckchairs and swimming pool mattresses.

 Linen, 3 hours of weekly housekeeping, 6 hours of final housekeeping (nevertheless the house must be clean and tidy the day of departure, any additional hours will be charged to the client), swimming pool and gardener once a week included in the price.
